Easy Order Process at Ark Industries
Step 1: Choose Product
Choose your preferred apparel item. Depending on your logo/artwork, our Sales Managers will present you with recommended embellishment options.
Step 2: Confirm Visual and Quote
Our design team will create a visual mockup (logos/artwork on apparel) for your approval before sampling begins. Endorsement of the quote is required to proceed to the next step.
Step 3: Confirm Sample
The sample process differs from order to order . Typically, a sample will be shown to our clients for approval before bulk production commences.
Step 4: Production Commences
Once the Pre-Production Sample (PPS) is approved by you & admin processes are complete, bulk production will commence. Orders will be checked & packed by our Quality Control team before the goods are ready for delivery or self-collection.

Types of T-shirt Printing Methods in Singapore
Depending on the details of the logos and artwork, our Sales Managers will recommend the most suitable printing method for your tshirt printing order. Print details such as print size, number of colours and complexity of logo or artwork details, will affect the choice of tshirt printing method.
Additionally, the order quantity and due date are also factors in determining the tshirt printing method.
Direct-to-Film (DTF) Prints
Super soft hand feel prints!
Artwork is printed on plastic films before heat pressed onto garments.
Prints are elastic and do not crack when stretched!
Direct-to-film prints are durable and can be applied on branded tshirts.
Digital Prints
Heat press printing’s digital printing method allows full-coloured artwork to be printed.
Full-coloured artwork refers to artwork which includes multiple colours, gradients, intricate details and photos!
Vinyl Prints
Vinyl prints are great for single colour logos and artwork. We do not recommend printing small text or logos using this method of t-shirt printing. The adhesive surface of the small text or logos may not be sufficient for them to remain pressed on fabric for a long time. Some artwork and logos which have both full-coloured and single colour graphic elements, will require both the digital print and vinyl print types.
At Ark Industries, our in-house design team is able to work with customers to create artwork, as well as assist in the preparation of artwork to be print-ready.
In some cases, a trace of a flattened artwork is needed in order to separate the colours and shapes for t shirt printing Singapore.

Using our Roland Versacamm inkjet printer and vinyl rolls, we create and plot the artwork.
Heat pressed prints are transferred onto shirts using high temperature and pressure.
Choose from branded and non-branded tshirts!
Vinyl Prints
Vinyl prints are great for single colour logos and artwork. We do not recommend printing small text or logos using this method of t-shirt printing. Using solid color vinyl rolls, we plot the text and artwork.
We weed out the unwanted vinyl areas and cut them out of the vinyl sheets.
Using heat and pressure, we apply the vinyl on tshirts.
Silkscreen Prints
Silkscreen printing is considered as one of the more efficient printing methods. For quantities above 50 pieces, we generally advise our customers to opt for Silkscreen Printing.
A traditional method using mesh screen, ink and heat that produces great visual results.
Let us know your preferred Pantone colors so that we can create the inks accordingly.
Silkscreen printing can be done on branded and non-branded tshirts.
Sublimation Prints
For customers who prefer no hand-feel of the print on the tshirts, Sublimation printing is the way to go. The dyes are absorbed into the fibers of the tshirts, thus you would not be able to feel a substrate on the tshirt.
Our Design Team prepares the artwork file for production of sublimation tshirts.

No, there is no minimum order quantity. Clients get to enjoy a bulk order quantity discount.
HOW LONG IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?
A typical turnaround time for a bulk quantity is 5-7 working days. Turnaround time varies for different order requirements
WHAT ARE THE PRINT POSITIONS?

CAN I PRINT INDIVIDUAL NAMES AND NUMBERS?

is there a sample before bulk production?
Our designers will create a mockup of the logos or artwork on a photo of the apparel item. This layout will have to be approved by our client before a sample is produced.
For small quantity orders, an actual sample may not be provided.

For urgent orders, we will do our best and make arrangements to help our clients meet deadlines.
