Yes, we do! We recommend it for higher quantity orders.

Yes, we do! You can choose from a range of items that are suitable for sublimation printing.

The range includes items such as t-shirts, team jerseys, cycling jerseys, caps, lanyards and bags.

We have bulk discounts which you can enjoy to get more value for money! Our Sales Managers will share ongoing promotions and special discounts with you.

Yes, when possible, we will do our best to help you get your orders ready quickly.

Yes, we do! We recommend bringing the physical item to us so that we can check if we are able to embroider on them.

It is not possible to embroider any adidas or Under Armour logos on any apparel without the official permission from the brands.

Logos and Artwork

Yes, we do! We have a team of in-house designers who are able to create the logos and artwork that you are after.

Our Sales Managers will let you know the cost of the design service.

For high quality embellishments, we recommend high resolution artwork files in the following formats:

  1. Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
  2. EPS
  3. PDF
  4. Jpeg
  5. PNG

Our designers may need to convert your pencil sketch into file formats that can be used for printing on shirts.

There are varying size limitations for different types of products. Our Sales Managers are able to let you know the biggest size you can embroider your logo or artwork at.

Payment

You can choose to pay using:

  1. Cash
  2. Bank Transfer
  3. PayNow
  4. Cheque
  5. Credit Card (3% fee applies)

Our Sales Managers will inform you when a deposit is required for your order.

Samples

For most embroidery orders, a photo of a cut piece sample will be sent to you for your approval before bulk production commences.

If you require a sample, our Sales Managers will inform you if a fee is required.

Delivery and Shipping

Yes, your shirts can be sent out to another country. Our Sales Managers will ask for administrative details from you to make the shipping arrangements accordingly. The charges are dependent on several factors such as speed of delivery and number of cartons.

Yes, you can collect your order directly from our office.

Local delivery charges will be imposed per location unless the value of the order exceeds $1000 (exclusive of GST).
