Vinyl Printing

Vinyl transfer printing involves a computer-controlled blade which digitally cuts the design out of the vinyl. This technique is commonly used for designs that need to look vibrant.

Some examples are personalised names and/or numbers on team wear, high-visibility work wear, nylon and technical fabrics such as hi-vis. Choose from a wide range of colours and special effect finishes for your designs such asmatt metallic and 3M Scotchlite Reflective Vinyls.

Digital Print

Digital transfer printing allows printing of brilliant, vibrant, full-coloured designs and logos of any sizes by producing an unlimited colour palette through CMYK. The quality of print and the range of colors, especially gradients is better using the digital print as compared to silk screen printing.

Much like the color printer you use at home or in the office, consumables such as the cost of ink cartridges is very high, thus making digital printing costlier than silk screen printing. Hence, for large quantities, we will usually recommend silk screen printing.

For smaller quantities or if the quality of print is of the most importance, digital printing is recommended.

Editable Vector File Types: .ai, .svg, .eps, .pdf

Vector file formats are highly preferred, such as an editable PDF/Adobe Illustrator (.ai format)/EPS (.eps) format. High resolution JPEGs and PNGs may be acceptable.

However, if you do not have any of these file formats, our in-house designers will be able to transform your artwork or logo files into the necessary formats for printing. This may incur a design fee, which varies accordingly with the complexity of the artwork or logo.

There are no setup fees.

Yes, you can. However, it is best to bring your apparel to us for our production managers to examine if the apparel is able to be heat pressed on.

Upon a confirmation of your order, a visual mock-up of the print on the apparel will be done for your approval. Thereafter, a first piece is printed for your approval before the bulk quantity is printed.

Upon the approval of the first piece sample, a typical turnaround time is between 7-10 working days. This turnaround time may differ for different orders due to factors such as the complexity of logos and print positions on the apparel. Should you require a shorter turnaround time, let us know and we will do our best to help.

Our Sales Managers will be able to advise on the delivery and self-collection options for orders.
