Ark Industries has been the South East Asia Distributor for Yupoong & Flexfit caps since 2006. Yupoong is a Korean family business which started in 1974. The Yupoong family has a strong passion for caps and invented the first and only Flexfit®, cap, which means that the cap is woven with spandex for an elastic fit.

Flexfit® Technology is the first patented stretch-fit cap technology. The technology is present in the main product brands, Flexfit®, Flexfit 110®, Flexfit 210® and Flexfit Delta®. Over the years, they remain at the forefront of Cap design and technology, and they have created new innovations such as the Flexfit® Delta, which is water resistant, seamless and prevents sweat staining. 

Some Yupoong caps are dubbed as Classics, which means that the design of the caps have remained largely unchanged since 1974. Methods of Adding Logos onto Caps

2D Embroidery

Direct embroidery is a process of sewing the design or logo directly into the material of the garment or other fabric materials. Direct embroidery is commonly used on garments or fabrics such as polo tees, hoodies, t-shirts and uniforms. We can even use direct embroidery on items like leather golf bags and footballs! The versatility of direct embroidery is endless, and you can have a wide range of colors in one embroidery.

Direct embroidery is cost effective, and hence one of the most popular and preferred embroidery methods of companies and sports team everywhere.

3D Embroidery

3D Embroidery, is also known as Puff Embroidery. It is a technique where stitches are thickened and raised, giving a three-dimensional look to the embroidery designs or logos. 3D embroidery is commonly used on garments or fabrics that do not require much washing such as caps, jackets and outerwear.

If you would like to have something outstanding and different, 3D embroidery is definitely the way to go.

2D + 3D Embroidery

Combine both 2D and 3D embroidery in your designs for your caps to make your caps stand out even more! The contrast in texture makes your logos more unique and eye-catching. Our digitiser will be able to provide recommendations for which elements of your logos can be made into 3D embroidery.

Heat Press Printing

The digital printing method allows full-coloured artwork to be printed. Full-coloured artwork refers to artwork which includes multiple colours, gradients, intricate details and photos!

Cap Embroidery Positions

We love how prominent any artwork, text or logo can look when embroidered on the front of a cap! Embroidery is not limited to the front of a cap but can also be done on the sides and back of a cap. Our production team is well-versed in creating embroideries on caps and has the know-how in getting the best visual results for our customers. Choose to embroider on the front, sides and back of a cap.

Easy Order Process

Step 1: Choose Product 

Choose your Yupoong Flexfit cap style. Depending on your logo/artwork, our Sales Managers will present you with recommended embellishment options.

Step 2: Confirm Visual and Quote

Our design team will create a visual mockup (logos/artwork on apparel) for your approval before sampling begins. Endorsement of the quote is required to proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Confirm Sample

The sample process differs from order to order. An example is that an embroidery cut-piece sample will be created for your approval before the logo is embroidered on the 1st piece of the bulk quantity.

Step 4: Production Commences

Once the Pre-Production Sample (PPS) is approved by you & admin processes are complete, bulk production will commence. Orders will be checked & packed by our Quality Control team before the goods are ready for delivery or self-collection.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

No, there is no minimum order quantity. Clients get to enjoy a bulk order quantity discount.

HOW LONG IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?

A typical turnaround time for a bulk quantity (after confirming the order) is 7-10 working days. Turnaround time varies for different order requirements.

Actual turnaround time for your order will be advised by our Sales Managers. 

is there a sample before bulk production?

For embroidery of logos, we will create a cut piece sample for your approval before we embroider on an actual Yupoong Flexfit Cap.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

You can choose to pay using Cash, Bank Transfer, PayNow, Cheque, Credit Card (3% fee applies).

Delivery is free for orders with total invoice amount of S$1090 and above. Our Sales Managers will advise you if additional fee is required.
