Sublimation Printing - Ark Industries

Sublimation printing method is used mostly for creating customised jerseys and tees. This print technique allows for full coloured prints all over the fabric. You can choose from an almost unlimited colour palette – bright and vivid colours for your artwork! Sublimation printing uses heat sensitive inks that turn into gas under the influence of heat and infuse directly into a 100% polyester white fabric. Sublimation tshirt printing features a permanent infusion process where the heat sensitive ink will become a part of the fabric. The colours are permanently absorbed, which means the colours will not drop off and the fabric will have a comfortable soft feel.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

Minimum order quantity is 50pcs.

HOW LONG IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?

Typically, upon the approval of the first piece sample, a turnaround time is between 2-3 weeks. This turnaround time may differ for different orders due to various factors. Should you require a shorter turnaround time, let us know and we will do our best to help.

is there a sample before bulk production?

Usually a photo of the first piece sample is sent to our customers for approval. Once it is approved, bulk production will commence.

ARE YOU ABLE TO RUSH ORDERS?

For urgent orders, we will do our best and make arrangements to help our clients meet deadlines.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

You can choose to pay using Cash, Bank Transfer, PayNow, Cheque, Credit Card (3% fee applies).

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Delivery is complimentary for orders with a total invoice amount of at least $1090. Our Sales Managers will advise you if additional fee is required.

What are the print sizes and which positions can I print on?

For sublimation printing, you can choose to print all over an entire t-shirt! You can also print the typical chest logo sizes, sleeve and back print sizes. However, we do not recommend printing text that is too small or thin as they may not be well defined and hard to read.

How many colours can my artwork consist of?

Your artwork can consist of as many colours as you like! You can even print gradients colours.

What type of files are required?

Editable Vector File Types: .ai, .svg, .eps, .pdf

Only vector file formats are acceptable, such as an editable PDF/Adobe Illustrator (.ai format)/EPS (.eps) format.

However, if you do not have any of these file formats, our in-house designers will be able to transform your artwork or logo files into the necessary formats for printing. This may incur a design fee, which varies accordingly with the complexity of the artwork or logo.

Can I provide my own apparel for sublimation printing?

For sublimation printing, the best material to print on is Polyester. We recommend our customers to choose from our range of fabrics to customise the apparel such as t-shirts and polo tees from scratch. This also allows full all-over, seam to seam prints to be done.
