FAQs

There is no minimum order quantity.

Yes, you can! There will be additional embroidery costs. Our Sales Managers will be able to provide the details.

Upon order confirmation and receipt of payment, the lead time is about 5 to 7 working days for completion of your order.

For orders amounting to above $1000, there will be free delivery to 1 location.

For delivery to more than 1 location, we will arrange for QExpress by Qoo10 to deliver your gift box sets. Each delivery costs $6 (subject to GST).

Alternatively, you may arrange for your own courier to pick up the gift box for delivery.

There is no discount available.

For Caps, you can choose to embroider on either the:
1) Front
2) 1 Side
3) Front + 1 Side (Only 1 position is free)

For Bags, there is only 1 position for embroidery.
